    Helado de Caramelo Salado

    Hoy es muy entretenido probar diferentes sabores y texturas en el helado. ¿Por que no llevarlo un paso más allá?. Hoy quiero nombrar un producto maravilloso, con un sabor particular y llamativo. "Caramelo Salado Sprint" es una base para helados de leche de rápida preparación que sirve tanto para Helados Artesanales y/o Soft. Solamente con incorporar Leche entera se obtiene un helado que sin duda dan ganas de seguir comiendo y el cual se puede decorar con Salsas de Chocolates u otro elemento como tocino crocante para darle un toque más gourmet y atractivo.

    Receta:

    1 bolsa (1 KG) Caramelo Salado Sprint Pregel

    2,5 litros de Leche entera

    Procedimiento:

    Mezclar la base de Caramelo Salado Sprint Pregel con la leche entera y mezclar con un mixer de inmersión sin dejar Grumos

    Dejar reposar por 30 minutos, para luego llevarlo al mantecador Artesanal o a la maquina Soft.

    Disfrutar de un producto totalmente fabuloso.
